History

Established in 2008.

Ergo's founder and real estate broker Julian Hinson began as a mortgage banker in 2003. He decided to transition into construction and development and managed several condominium conversion and residential rehabilitation projects which led him into the world of real estate sales. Most recently, Julian and his team have advised various investors on commercial development ventures in both Philadelphia and New York City. The Ergo team plans to continue to serve its local and loyal residential clientele as well as provide innovative services and consulting to businesses and investors.
